Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), order processing may take slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer standard and express shipping options across Australia:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and postal service delays outside our control.

Shipping Rates:

• Standard Shipping – 1-99 Dollars = $11 Shipping 

• Standard Shipping- <100 Dollars = Free Shipping

• Express Shipping – $15

• Store pickup for free

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Address Changes

We cannot make changes once your order has been dispatched.
